MADE TO ORDER ITEMS:
Cancellations on Made to Order items must be made in writing within 7 working days from the date of your Order Confirmation. Refunds CANNOT be given for Made to Order items after this time.
OTHER ITEMS:
To cancel an order of an item which are not Made to Order items, you must cancel IN WRITING within 7 working days of the order. If you have received your order, you must cancel in writing within 7 days of receiving it. The items must be returned in its unused & unopened condition within 30 days to receive a refund. We aim to refund an money owing within 14 working days from the date of receiving your cancellation / on return of item if it is being returned.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind about your non Made to Order item, you must return it within 30 days to receive a refund. Items must be returned in their original unused, unopened condition to receive a refund. We do not reimburse postage costs.
