ORDERING
UK CUSTOMERS
Please make your order through our online shop. A confirmation of your order will be sent to you via email within 3 working days. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us.
OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS
Please email your order to orders@retrolamour.co.uk. We will then email you a Paypal invoice which will include the correct postage charge for your items. Once you have paid for your item, we will confirm your order by email within 3 working days. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us. We will notify you by email when we post out your item.
PAYMENT
Payments are made securely, in advance through Paypal
DELIVERY & POSTAGE
UK Postage charges are shown on your order. Orders under
£20 will be sent out by Recorded Delivery. Orders over this amount will be sent
out by Special Delivery. We aim to keep postal charges to a minimum. Please be
aware that we may have to charge an additional fee for large/heavy orders. We
will notify you on receipt of your order if there are any additional postal
charges. You will be sent an email on the day your item is to be despatched.
Most orders should take 7 - 14 days to fill but please allow up to
28 days for delivery. If you have a specific deadline you need your
item by, please let us know and we will let you know if we are able to
accommodate you.
